I began the 48 hour film project last night and managed to get back home to my own bed around 4 AM. That was better than I expected. I found out I'm in three scenes. Our genre is silent film so there are no real lines per se, which I consider a good thing considering our lack of sleep. I will shoot two of my scenes today and one tomorrow morning. I think tonight I'll spend at the house where this is all being created. Before I actually shoot though, I must attend The Damn Picnic if only for an hour. I hope there's something good to eat because I'm not too sure what to expect on our shoot. I think it will time out that I will miss the lunch. A girl's gotta eat ... sometimes anyway.
So, no Meryl for a while, I guess. I still don't know who is going to re-shoot the K scene. Dev and I talked about it and didn't really like the way it was shot so it's going to have to be a whole new experience. Meanwhile, I have no location. I have no one to shoot it and as for sleep time, that remains to be seen. Oh gosh, not sure how I'm going to solve these issues while on a 48 hour shoot. Any ideas from anyone would be really appreciated. I guess truth be told, Meryl will be in the back of my mind ... she always is.
Hey, did you hear? She's going to star in a film called, "Mommy and Me" with Tina Fey! Congratulations Meryl. I'm glad to see you doing more comedy.
OK, gonna run now. Have to head to the picnic to say hi for about 10 minutes and run to the shoot. It's all quite an amazing ride!
