Why would I mention National Ice Cream Day? Well, it appears today is that holiday. Who knew? That explains why I felt so compelled to head to Heinen's and use one of my free coupons from that Pierre's voice over I did a few weeks ago. What I actually got was Yovation and the flavor was cookie fudge crunch. I highly recommend it, WOW! It has live and active yogurt cultures in it to promote digestive health, or so it says. Frankly it was so darn good that I can't imagine how any health could be involved but nevertheless it was my treat.
Now I'm finishing up the last two of the trifecta! You know what I mean, the K and L scenes. We were all set to shoot today but then the location fell through. Devon only has Monday and Tuesday of this week to shoot so I have to secure another location and shoot/edit the K scene this week. Then there's next week when I must shoot the L scene and edit it but not without recasting it first! Does it seem like I'm behind to you? It does to me. Now I'll bet you're thinking I really didn't have the time to eat that ice cream, aren't you? Yep, me too. To top it all off, I must finish the three scenes by the end of July so they can be launched in a big way!!!!
I feel a little bit slacky but truth be told, I've been on such a quest for knowledge in the PR world that my focus has turned a bit. So I'm going to do what Meryl would do ... prepare for both of my shoots. She always comes ready to go or at least that's what every director who has ever worked with her says. They also say Meryl has great ideas. I plan to be filled with ideas for both the shoots and editing to make these scenes awesome. I already like what we did with the J scene and the three scenes are all different. I'm so looking forward to this! I hope you are too.
On another note, there is a piggy on my blog and he's not out for ice cream. He's there to help with the day to day costs of A to Z. Even though the people involved are donating their time for the most part, there are always things that cost like costumes, publicity supplies, rentals, gas and I usually at least attempt to feed the people on the shoot. Sometimes it's lunch, or dinner but it all adds up, ya know? So if you would like to donate, click on the donate button and all money will be used to make this project even better. Oh and I would love to mention you or your business in my blog when I write a thank you to the contributors message, so please include that. I really appreciate all of your support.
Now I better get back to work, no more Yovation for me!

Thanks to three readers who donated to A to Z. I feel so fortunate to have you in my reading room! Yippee! Now we can pay the A to Z bills out of the piggy's belly instead of my pocket. Oh yippee to that!
